Tristan was great! He was able to get my issue fixed, and he was instrumental in getting other problems seen by the technician covered under warranty! My service issue with the car stemmed from another dealership not installing parts correctly which caused my car to fail. Tristan was able to talk to the other dealership and get them to reimburse VW of Concord for their mistake! Thanks for all of your help Tristan!
