Brought my car in for a recall, the technician broke part of my car, they tried to call me to tell me to pay to fix it, service advisor told me they wouldn’t pay for it. Couldn’t get the recall done without getting that repair done. They still made me pay for the part. I agreed to pay it because arguing with 2 grown men wasn’t getting me anywhere. Horrible customer service honestly.
