Dealership is good. Haley is wonderful. VW in general not doing anything about reoccurring issue with my car is the issue. Would never recommend or buy another VW.

Melissa the service agent did a great job getting me in, ensuring I was kept apprised of any issues, and when the diagnostic machine went down got me into a car for the day so I did. not have to sit around.
