My issue with having callers on my cell phone actually hear me have been resolved with the new computer module installation. It also took care of the SOS emergency light that occasionally showed up on my dash screen. Many thanks to Jeff and to the techs who tracked the problem, ordered the correct part, and installed the new module. Thanks again to Robert Nixon who sold me my Tiguan and has even called me and spoken to me in person to assist in the correction of the issues. Kudos to all.
