Service member was very flippant and condescending when I was asking questions on cost. Service was priced too high and diagnostic fee is ridiculous for what was done. I waited 3 hours on a non-busy day for an oil change.

Recommended services that conflicted with OEM recommendations, quoted prices for those services that were 2.5 times higher in price than the VW dealer near my house. Paid for tire rotation and 4 wheel alignment but didn’t check tire pressure, all tires 4 lbs low. Worst experience I have ever had.
