    I made an appointment for 7 am for a state inspection. I was there waiting at 630 am. I was the first to pull into the shop. The inspection takes 15 minutes but for some reason there it took an hour.

    Hi. I did not receive what I needed. In fact, I called back to complain. Someone took my info, said they would call back. No one called back. I have complained about the brakes on that vehicle since I purchased from you all. This time the brakes were to be replaced. How they haven’t needed to be replaced before is beyond me because something is very wrong with them. However, what got changed was my rear brakes. I was there for over 5 hours. Oil change, tire rotation, inspection, and brakes. And the brakes still squeak and grind. I’m guessing that is because they are the same faulty brakes that have been on the car since I purchased. All of the pads should have been replaced. They should have all been corrected on YOUR dime when I complained the first 4 times. However, I tried to be patient and understanding. I purchased a service plan. Brakes are covered. Instead I spent well over $700 yesterday, was going to be over $800 before I said I have a service plan, isn’t any of this covered. I also discussed trading my car while there and was told you all could give me maybe 25,000 for my vehicle. Since no one called me back, I would love to hear what you intend to do to correct the issue. I am beyond frustrated. You have wasted my time and my money and have continue to put the safety of myself and my family at risk telling me that my brakes are fine and doing a half rear job when you finally do “change” the brakes.

    Service member was very flippant and condescending when I was asking questions on cost. Service was priced too high and diagnostic fee is ridiculous for what was done. I waited 3 hours on a non-busy day for an oil change.
