    Didn’t have the parts for my recall even though they scheduled it with me. I learned this late the next day when they realized they could not do it. I informed the service tech that I would not be able to pick up my car before they closed so he said he would leave my keys with the receptionist. Upon arrival the receptionist did not have my keys. No solution was offered so I walked down to the sales manager and spoke to him. Luckily the general manager was still on site so I was able to get my car. Had he not been there I do not believe I would have been able to get my car. I am still waiting for a call regarding the parts for 2 recalls. I am rapidly losing faith in the VW brand!

    I had an appt., had to wait since there were no courtesy cars available. I was prepared for the 3 hour wait. It turned into a slightly more than 5 hour wait. I understand that some things take longer, I don’t like texts and emails asking me if I want other services. I want to speak to my advisor in person.

    The wait time be way to long which defeats the purpose of making an appointment

    The service was fine, but it took 2.5 hours to get only an oil change. There was no communication on why it took so long until after the service was completed
