Everything was perfect. The facility and service coordinator was great. He kept me informed throughout my whole visit and arranged for a drop off. I will definitely continue to use this dealership in the future.

Didn’t have the parts for my recall even though they scheduled it with me. I learned this late the next day when they realized they could not do it. I informed the service tech that I would not be able to pick up my car before they closed so he said he would leave my keys with the receptionist. Upon arrival the receptionist did not have my keys. No solution was offered so I walked down to the sales manager and spoke to him. Luckily the general manager was still on site so I was able to get my car. Had he not been there I do not believe I would have been able to get my car. I am still waiting for a call regarding the parts for 2 recalls. I am rapidly losing faith in the VW brand!
