    I had an excellent experience working with Haley Dunn at Volkswagen of Concord. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I came in for an oil change and some warranty work that was about to expire, and Haley gave me clear explanations of everything that was being done, along with helpful guidance on future maintenance. She kept me updated throughout, and the work was even finished earlier than expected. Even though I have two dealerships closer to home, I gladly make the extra drive to Concord because of the level of service and trust I’ve found here. Haley makes it easy to feel confident in where I bring my car, and that’s worth the trip every time.
