    After leaving the dealership I immediately had to go back because they didn’t fill up my wash fluid, that was an easy fix. While on my way home I noticed something dragging underneath my car. I was on a very busy interstate and had to pull over only to notice the entire bottom piece of my car was hanging loose from the car. At first the dealership didn’t want to come pick up my car but I told them I couldn’t drive it due to a possible fire or worsening damage. They picked up the car and brought it back to my house after “fixing” it. I feel like my entire service should have been covered. The manager put a $30 credit on my account.

    After owning the car for 10 days, I had to return it for a defective part. Because this part was out of stock, I was given a loaner that is smaller than the vehicle I purchased.

    I chose this rating as the staff overall was friendly. I did not like that I booked my appointment with one service advisor and worked with someone else on the actual day of service. I mentioned I had a coupon for a 89.00 wheel alignment and discussed wheel vibration as an issue. I was charged a total of $209 for the service and was never made aware of any adjustments made to the car only a report showing everything in green. They were also going to check the tire balance. Not one mention of it on the bill.
