Melissa continually goes above and beyond. She is efficient, thorough and looks out for the needs of my family as well as maintaining the dealerships values. She is the reason we keep coming back.

I have been working with the Hendricks Volkswagen team for several years. Sadly, my original Service Coordinator Olga left. I have been working with Tristan for the past few times. I have found Tristan extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and helpful. There have been other coordinators who tend to be pushy, dismissive, rude, and even after I had said I worked with Olga or Tristan - this person would push there way into taking the work. It has been the same person each time. This person was argumentative when I would push back to work with the others (especially since when making the appointment I requested Tristan or Olga). I appreciate someone working hard it seems this person pushes their will into situations and ignores what the client is saying. Honestly - this person doesn’t reflect the amazing service the Henricks’ team has given to me over the years with Olga and Tristan. While I am so sad to see Olga leave - I think Tristan is terrific! I truly believe he represents the Hendricks brand extremely well! He is definitely an asset to the company!
