I had to wait an hour and fifteen minutes just for them to look at a door handle. I needed to remind the staff that the issue was under warranty. Also my car just sat in the lot for at least 20 minutes. I told them I had somewhere to be, and I looked out and saw my car. I figured it was another GTI. Turns out it was mine and they just didn't give me the keys. I still don't know when the part will be in, as they were unclear with expectations and haven't called me.
