Staff is polite and friendly. Work was done to satisfaction, despite unanticipated extra time to perform the work. Miscommunication left me without a car on the first day. Staff never communicated to me that the vehicle would need additional time nor tha it would be kept overnight night (multiple attempts were made to contact the service department hours before closing for updates). I ended up having my girlfriend leave the gym to take me near closing time to figure out what is going on. Front desk was polite and empathetic of situation, called the service manager who then drove from home to arrive and put me in a loaner. I appreciated the service manager coming from home, as I felt incredibly disrespected as a customer. Day two I called for a status update, and was told that the car was ready to be picked up. I asked again to confirm, and again was told it was ready for pick up. I arrived promptly after work to be told that another miscommunication error had occurred, and that my car still wasn’t ready. I was losing faith in the dealerships respect for their customers and their operational processes. I was assured by the service manager that he would personally call me and tell me himself when the car would be ready. Again, I appreciated the understanding and commitment, so I went home without any complaints. My car was picked up on day three, promptly after being notified by the service manager. 3 stars given for quality of work performed and issue resolved, 2 stars taken for miscommunication and ineffective operational procedures.

Overall the staff is helpful and friendly. I had to push quite a bit to have an issue not only understood, but looked at. Was told my issue was normal and had to go above and beyond to prove that it was not. Some personnel are better suited to work with customers while others need more training.
