The past few oil changes took between 2 1/2 to 3 hours. I scheduled the earliest appointment there was and still took incredibly long. This past service was much better, at a dealership, I know you are busy. Took an hour half for this service, still a bit long for an oil change but, again, I know there is a lot to be done with other cars. Much better on service timing this go around. Always great service and well informative staff though!

I’ve been bringing my vehicle in to get serviced for a year and each time my service technician Melissa has provided exceptional service. She has always made sure that my concerns have been addressed and that I leave satisfied. If there is a reward that service technician receives, she definitely she get it for always being professional, helpful and a great person to interact with in the service department.
