Just visited for my 20k service. I was 1 treated very well but found out that on my 10,000 mile service the service person put it down as my 20,000 so that could not be used for my actual 20,000 mile service. I did receive a free oil change but not the other items included in the 20k service. Hendrick’s fault not mine. Seems there could have been a better solution.
