Duane did a fantastic job helping us chose our new VW model. Our family is loyal to VW / Audi for decades. It's great to know we can count on an excellent VW dealer such as Volkswagen of Concord near us. Management was following and supporting the whole process. The purchasing process was low effort and very efficient, from showroom models, thru test drive and selection, till financing options and closing.

My service specialist, Haley Dunn, is phenomenal! She is kind, funny, and very personable. I brought my car in for an oil change, and to check a few other items that concerned me. Haley told me I needed some major work done, and set me up with a loaner car. She kept me informed during the repair work and answered all my questions.
