Every car buying experience should be as enjoyable as the one we had!!! We worked with Robert and he was FANTASTIC! He was friendly, professional, listened to what we wanted and what was important to us, answered our questions, communicated well and put zero pressure on us to purchase. When we chose the car we were interested in Robert talked to us about what we had outlined wanting to ensure we were purchasing a vehicle we would be happy with (no regrets). Beyond working with Robert everyone on the team could not have been friendlier, more helpful or more professional. Once the purchase was finalized Robert got us set up on the Volkswagen app and walked through all of the electronics with us. The dealership was clean and well-kept. We walked away enjoying a stress-free car buying experience and we LOVE our new Atlas! We couldn't be happier that we chose Hendrix Volkswagen to work with!
