Robert was so kind and attentive the entire time. I was worried about my previous loan situation and he never showed worry or that I couldn’t be helped. The whole team did the best they could to get me out of a bad situation and into a better one. I am so grateful.

I would like to preface that this review does not reflect on the Service Advisor. Haley always is a pleasure to deal with and does a great job. I was informed that my rear brakes need replacing at only 13,500 miles. Apparently there is an extended warranty due to premature wearing of the rear brakes. I’m outside of the warranty coverage because my car is 3 years old. I’ve owned 6 Volkswagens over 20 years, 4 of which have been purchased at Hendrick in Concord. I have never had to replace brakes at low mileage. I called Customer Care on 6/20/2025 but they didn’t offer any help. I was advised to call the Service Manager at the dealership but never received a call back. VW is aware of the premature wearing of the rear brakes so I feel like I’m being penalized for not reaching the mileage within a 2 year period. I’m a returning customer because this dealership has always gone above and beyond to make sure I have a great experience. This time, however, I don’t feel like they were as accommodating.
