Nothing happened that particularly wowed me for 5 stars. It took over an hour for an oil change which in my opinion is a bit long when you have an appointment. It would also be nice if we could get a car wash when we get service like I used to at hendrick Toyota. I went to them for years before I got my vw and always left with a clean car. Wish hendeick VW did the same.
