Our service was preventative maintenance; thus, we had it scheduled during one of our trips from the mountains. Brock helped us with the appointment and actually was able to get our Atlas serviced and back to us on time. I had scheduled this appointment based on our travel plans and not based on when they could do the work. I appreciated they're honestly that the suggested work could be delayed meeting our needs.

Friendly and honest staff. I mentioned a particular noise and they weren’t able to replicate it. They had me drive the vehicle to give them more information about when and where I was hearing the sounds that had me worried. They explained in detail some of the potential causes and checked it all out. I left with peace of mind that my vehicle was safe.
